2001: Year of foundation. First telecom brand offering 2 years 100% warranty on all products. First brand to launch a set of 2 digital cordless telephones (DECT) in one box.
2002: First set of 3 DECT telephones in one box. Starting exportation of Switel products to Greece, Poland, Turkey.
2003: First DECT telephone with a color screen. Founding Telgo Global AG (export company).
2004: Swiss market leader in the fast growing business of cordless fixnet equipment. Starting distribution of Motorola products and Bluetooth equipment.
2005: First Internet telephones (Voice over IP). Launch of a full range of telephones including SMS function for the fixnet.
2007: First Ecomode models. Launch of low radiation DECT telephones, not only as single units, but also low radiation multipack solutions
